Head Chef & Co-owner

Born and raised in the Philippines, Chef John is Head Chef and pillar of Kong's kitchen. A master griller, he formerly led Raging Bull Chophouse at Shangri-La BGC.

No. However, we do offer a large range of world class producers, including exclusive wines that are fairly priced for wine lovers.

Yes. Our back room can accommodate 16 seated guests and we offer set menus for private bookings. If your party is <16 Pax, we require a php 40,000 minimum food consumption. Please message us on 0956 440 0091 or direct message us on instagram @kong.mnl.
